Abstract
In Ayurveda concept of health, disease and treatment is based on tridosa at the time of conception, predominance of dosas determines the prakriti which results into different shape, size & nature of the individual. The present study is an attempt to collect such clinical, epidemiological and laboratory data to predict the preliminary correlates for the purpose by keeping the subjects in 3 groups. In this it was found that Oja and concept of Agni may be correlated to Histamine, serotonin and catecholmine. When simple regression analysis was done group wise taking Oja and correlation of blood histamine with age, significant negative correlation was found. When sample regression was done taking histamine as regression equation were found. Statistically significant in all three groups.
