Abstract
Rasayana therapy plays an important role in maintaining and promoting positive health by promoting the body's resilence, i.e. giving 'immunity' against disease. With the help of rasayana therapy, prevention and cure of diseases in possible. In this article, a historical review of types of rasayana therapy with information regarding kutipravesika is given.
